For the woman who is keeping everything together
and is absolutely exhausted doing it.
Your body is speaking
The fatigue that sleep doesn't fix. The weight that won't respond. The cycle that feels unpredictable. The brain fog that makes ordinary things feel hard. You don't need a label to recognise yourself here.
What has been happening
You are not broken. You are not imagining things. You are not someone who simply needs to try harder. What you have not yet had is the right map.
The trouble with a 10-minute appointment is that it can only hold so much. A doctor has time to rule out what is dangerous. They rarely have time to ask why you haven't slept properly in three months, or whether the stress of the last year is connected to the way your body has been behaving. You are not a collection of individual symptoms. But that is often how you have been seen.
Perhaps you have a diagnosis and were handed a leaflet, a prescription, and an appointment six months away. No one sat with you to explain what was actually happening. You were left to piece it together from articles that contradict each other and advice that never quite fits your circumstances.
The problem is not your willpower. The problem is not your discipline. The problem is that nobody has yet given you the full picture. Without it, every effort you make is working from an incomplete map.
No diagnosis. Just knows something has been off for a while and can't fully explain it.
Has PMOS or a hormonal condition. Was never given a real explanation of what it means.
Has tried everything. Diets, protocols, supplements. Nothing has lasted.
Why Hurmonaat is different
A qualified doctor. Eight weeks. One person: you. Here is what makes this structurally different from everything you have already tried.
This is not a one-time consultation followed by a generic plan. For eight weeks, you have a qualified GP who is tracking your progress, answering your questions, and adjusting your support as things shift. Care delivered in depth, not in 10 minutes.
The first thing Hurmonaat does is help you understand what is actually happening in your body, in plain language. When you understand the mechanism, the choices you make every day start to make sense. That understanding is what makes change sustainable. You are not following rules. You are working with your own biology.
The nutrition and lifestyle guidance is grounded in evidence, not trends. It is designed with your actual life in mind: your culture, your food, your constraints, your context. Not a template. Not a protocol lifted from a study of people who are nothing like you.
Connection, in its fullest sense, is Hurmonaat's fifth domain: how you relate to yourself, to purpose, and to the environment around you, including the hormonal load of endocrine disruptors that standard care does not touch. This is not alarming. It is revelatory.
What Hurmonaat covers
Most programmes address one or two of these. Hurmonaat addresses all five, because your body does not separate them, and neither should your care.
The 8-week arc
This is not a week-by-week checklist. It is a structured progression, each phase building on the last, so that by week eight you are not just feeling better. You understand why.
Start by understanding what your body has been trying to tell you. Not through test results alone, but through the full picture of how you feel, function, and move through your day. Many women describe this phase as the first time they have felt truly heard.
Personalised guidance across all five domains, specific to your picture, your cultural context, and your constraints. Not a template. Small, deliberate changes your body can actually respond to, with support throughout.
Consolidate what works. Leave with tools and understanding that are genuinely yours, that outlast the programme and do not depend on someone telling you what to do next.
Is this for you?
Being honest about this builds trust on both sides. Hurmonaat is selective by design — not because of exclusivity, but because the right fit matters.
Your guide
I am a GP based in the UAE. I built Hurmonaat because I spent years in clinical settings watching women leave appointments with a referral, a prescription, or a pamphlet and none of the actual answers they came for.
The 10-minute appointment is not enough. It never has been. What I offer is something the standard system is structurally unable to provide: a qualified doctor who stays with you for eight full weeks.
I have navigated these questions in my own body. I understand the cultural realities women carry, the real shape of their daily lives, and how rarely healthcare is designed to account for either. That is not an add-on to Hurmonaat. It is how the programme was built.
The investment
There is no hidden number. Pricing is discussed openly on your discovery call, which begins at the end of August, starting with those on the waiting list. Seats close when they are filled.
Joining the waiting list costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It simply means you are first in line when discovery calls open at the end of August. Seats are limited and will close once they are filled — the waiting list is the most direct route in.
New for Cohort 3: for the first time, Hurmonaat will be available in two formats. The virtual 1-on-1 programme continues as before. A new in-person group format is also being introduced — designed for women who want the experience of shared space, community, and a more accessible price point, without compromising on depth or physician-led delivery. Both formats carry the same programme. Details on each are shared during your discovery call.
The next step
The waiting list is free to join and commits you to nothing. It means you are first in line when discovery calls open at the end of August. Those calls are how we find out whether Hurmonaat is the right fit for where you are right now. Seats will close when they are filled — the waiting list is the most direct route in.

You have been patient with a system that has not always been patient with you. Perhaps the timing of finding this is not coincidental. Whatever brought you here, the next step is at your own pace. There is no urgency. Only an open door.
